We produce cinematic content for nightlife, hospitality, automotive, and premium lifestyle brands. Every booking receives a written scope that outlines deliverables, usage rights, and timelines.

Strategy calls, shot lists, and creative direction are included in the pre-production phase unless otherwise stated.

A 50% production retainer is required to lock dates, crew, and gear. Remaining balances are due upon delivery of final assets.

Reschedules must be requested 7 days prior to the shoot. Venue-caused delays or cancellations may incur additional costs.

Standard projects include commercial usage for the client brand across web, social, and paid advertising. Talent usage, media buys, and syndication require additional licensing.

We reserve the right to showcase finished work in our portfolio and marketing unless a mutual NDA is signed.

Delivery timelines are confirmed per project. Cinematic edits, social cuts, and ad variations will ship via secure download links.

Each deliverable includes one revision round to address minor adjustments. Additional revisions, alt ratios, or future edits are billed separately.

Client is responsible for ensuring venue access, on-site approvals, and compliance with building/tenant policies.

We maintain a lean footprint but reserve authority over creative direction, shot sequencing, and safety on set.

We carry production insurance for our crew and equipment. Client is responsible for property-specific insurance riders or additional coverage requirements.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside of reasonable control (weather, emergencies, etc.).
