Data We Collect

Contact information submitted through forms (name, email, phone, business details).
Project data (brand info, creative notes, budgets, preferred contact method).
Site analytics such as page views, referral sources, and device information using privacy-friendly tools.

To respond to booking inquiries, meeting requests, or production questions.
To prepare proposals, scopes, and tailored recommendations.
To improve our site experience and ensure content loads fast for nightlife clients.

All project data is stored within encrypted, access-controlled platforms (Sanity, Google Workspace, Frame.io).
We limit access to active crew members and trusted collaborators who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

We use Sanity to manage content, Calendly for bookings, and Netlify/Next.js for hosting and deployments.
If you pay online, payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor—we never store it.

You can request deletion or export of your data by emailing hello@marscontent.com.
You can opt out of marketing emails anytime. We don’t sell or rent data to third parties. Ever.
